The maintenance of the traction hoist mainly includes daily maintenance and quarterly maintenance.
Contents
Cleaning: Regularly clean the appearance and interior of the hoist, especially the parts that are prone to dust accumulation, such as the electric control cabinet, motor, gearbox, etc.
Lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil to the hoist, especially the gearbox, bearings and other parts, to ensure smooth operation.
Check the electrical system: Regularly check the wiring, switches, power supply, fuses, etc. of the electrical system to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system.
Check the brake: Regularly check the working status of the brake, including brake shoes, brake wheels, brake springs, etc., to ensure the sensitivity and reliability of the brake.
Check the bolts of each part: Regularly check the tightness of the bolts of each part, and tighten them in time if they are loose, to prevent accidents caused by looseness due to vibration.
Check the sealing device: Regularly check the sealing devices of each part, and replace them in time if they are damaged.
Check the reducer, motor and other components: Regularly refuel the reducer, motor and other components to ensure good lubrication.
Check the hydraulic oil and oil pipe connection: Check whether the hydraulic oil is clean, whether the oil level of the level gauge is correct, whether the oil pipe connection is good, and whether there is leakage.
Check the wire rope and brake: Check whether the wire rope is loose, how it is worn, and whether the brake performance is good and reliable.
Check the motor: Check whether the cooling fan is working, whether the sound and temperature are normal, check the wear of the carbon brush regularly, and ensure that it moves freely when replacing and installing the carbon brush.
Check the reduction box: Add lubricating oil regularly and check whether the sound is normal during operation.
Check the induction switch: Check whether the induction switch at the starting end, terminal end, and reduction end is normal.
Lubrication system: Thoroughly clean and inspect the lubrication system of the hoist, replace the lubricating oil, clean the pipes and grease, and ensure the normal operation of the system.
Transmission system: Check the transmission system, including gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, etc., to ensure the reliability and smooth operation of the transmission system.
Fasteners: Check the tightness of various fasteners, especially bolts, nuts, pins, etc. Limiters and safety devices: Check the working status of limiters and safety devices to ensure the safety of the hoist. Guide rails and sliders: Check the wear of guide rails and sliders, replace severely worn parts, and ensure the smooth operation of the hoist.
